Designed as a commercial floor but sold at domestic floor prices!! Prestige laminate flooring can be used anywhere in the home, office or other similar commercial environments.

Durability:
Under normal circumstances your family should never wear off the surface of this product! We guarantee it for 20 years.
The surface of Prestige laminate flooring is twice as hard and more scratch resistant than regular AC3 domestic grade laminate flooring. By comparison, it is 50% more abrasion resistant than AC4 general commercial grade flooring.
Prestige products have excellent resistance to swelling. All the edges are sealed with special wax compounds to combat moisture.
Prestige panels are highly flame retardant and heat resistant.
All products in the Prestige range are made out of extra high density fibreboard to maximize its impact resistance.

Safety:
Prestige flooring is produces with an anti-slip, natural surface.
Prestige will not fade due to sun or artificial light.
Prestige floors will not stain from accidental spillages of any substance normally found in the home.

Fashion:
Prestige is available in a natural woodgrain emboss which adds character and warmth to the product.

Cleanliness:
The surface is completely sealed and anti-allergenic. Regular sweeping and an occasional wipe with a well wrung mop, is all that is required to maintain this products natural sheen.
